Igniting Spirit classes intend to assist students on their paths of self-growth, healing, and ascension. These workshops are based in story, myth, and magic, and provide an opportunity to play, explore, discover, and strengthen your relationship to self and other. Learning is a process of remembering.
Hybrid Format
Most Igniting Spirit Workshops are available online, remotely, and locally. Currently, most workshops are presented in a Hybrid format. This means that you can be in person or on Zoom, the choice is yours, and is determined by your location and mine during the scheduled class times. We will have participants in circle, physically and/or virtually, during each class.

This workshop is based on the Medicine Wheel; a cross-cultural tool that can assist you in gaining insight and understanding into who you are and why you are here.

We will focus on opportunities to heal, recognize, mature, love, integrate, and connect with the healthy aspects of the Ego, and opportunities it provides for growth and self-awareness.
